Be creative and write about something you feel important or something you would like to tell your audience. Write about something you are passionate about.
You must remember your audience. It is not simply me (Mr. Katz) reading this blog! If you will be ranting about a certain individual, you need to leave their name out of this. You could give them a pseudonym (example: Mr. Ed) or simply leave their name as anonymous. Make sure your language is appropriate. Do not go on swearing tangents
I will be writing about a story that has happend to my friend and I. So about two years ago my friend and I were walking down around my neighbourhood and one of our friends passed by in a car saying hi and talking about how they were gonna go to down town and they invited us to come along and we said yes, so we drove to downtown with our friend and her brother without our parents knowing and we walked around in down town shopping then we lost track of my friend and her brother and we got separated and on that day a huge storm had started storm outside and it was pouring rain on us and my friend and i went to hide under a hotel enterence calling my friend and her brother and they came and picked us up after half an hour and we were soaking and we returned home and didn't tell anyone about it.

Deleteso for this blog, i'm going to be talking about my favorite wwe superstar. my current favortie wwe superstar is sasha banks. she is my literal favorite wwe superstar and i could watch her for hours, study her matches, etc because she is such an amazing athlete and if i make it to the wwe, she would be my dream match. i also watched a documentary on her, and i could relate to her childhood and she's honestly just such an amzing inspiration and she has had so many "first-ever" matches for women(first ever iron woman, first ever main event of wrestlemania, first ever womens tag team champions, etc). so honestly, if i make it to the wwe, i'm going to do everything i can to be as good and even better than her and you never know, maybe one day i'll taker her title ;)

DeleteFor this blog I will talk about the unfortunate situation that I’m in right now. My mom and step-dad both got the virus that is going around. For this reason I must stay home and do school from afar. I really enjoy going to school not only for the academic purposes but for the interaction that it allows. I really miss seeing my friends and talking with people face to face. From what I’ve been told I can only hopefully return to school April 14. Even though I get to stay home and sleep in for like an hour the situation still really sucks. I hope this passes by fast so that I can return to school as soon as possible.

DeleteFor my free choice blog I will be talking about a fun adventure I had with my friends last week. My friends and I were walking around in the neighborhood and we saw a phone on the ground. Keep in mind the person didn't only lose their phone but all of their cards because the phone had one of those cases where you can put all of your credit cards in. We all thought for a minute on what to do but then someone started facetiming the phone so we answered it. An old guy was calling. It was difficult for us but it was pretty funny because the guy didn't understand the situation and that we should just call the person but we had his phone. Eventually, we got in touch with the guy and he came to pick up the phone and gave us 50 dollars! This took place on St. Patrick's day so I think we got pretty lucky.

DeleteFor my free blog, instead of talking about you know who, I'm going to talk about the office. There's a lot of people that don't enjoy the show because they find it boring yet they've only seen the first few episodes, which is dumb because of course the first few are going to be slow, it's an introduction! The least you can do is watch the first season it's only 6 episodes and each episode is only 20 minutes. If you don't know what the show is about it's basically a bunch of VERY unique people that work at a paper company. There's Michael scott the very confused per say manager, Dwight the head salesman that also owns a beet farm, Jim halpert Dwight's desk mate who LOVES to prank him, Pam the receptionist that everyone loves and so many more. In conclusion you should definitally watch the show at least once.

DeleteOk I was going to go on a little rant about my friends, but instead I'm ranting about school. So I love school, like I love I get to see my friends, teachers (the ones that I like anyways) and just overall it's fun. But, I don't understand a few things. #1. The no phone rule. I know we've heard it a million times, but my question is why can't we go on our phones at lunch, at recess, in between classes? Like, we're on our break, don't you think we can go on our phones? #2 Homework. Again, something we've all heard millions of times, but what's the point? We come home from 6 hours of school to another 2 hours, if we're lucky, of homework. And then for me I have dance and I would like a little bit of free time.
ReplyDeleteFor this free blog, I don't have a lot to talk about so i'm just gonna describe what I was doing for the last 30 minutes because I can't think on the spot so I'm just gonna write this under 15 minutes :) I'm currently listening to music right now, I need to do my stupid history notes that has 46 pages to do and I've only done 10 pages and I think history hw is a waste of time. Don't get me wrong, it's not stupid to do homework or anything it's just the questions are stupid and why do I have to justify anything and everything. I finished my history homework and I went to grab hot cheetos because I'm hungry and I got a cup of water, I'm doing my blog and here's what happened in the 30 minutes before I wrote this blog :) ok that's it bye.
ReplyDeleteHello this blog is about my turtle. My turtle is a really interesting turtle, like the opposite of what a turtle would be. His name is Timmy and he likes dead fish. He eats other things but it takes so long to feed him the other things that sometimes it feels useless. The best thing though is when at 3am et decides "hey what a nice day let's go ahead and jump out of the aquarium and start eating Francis's leftover food." And that's pretty much what he did on monday, and yes he did eat part of a salad and he's acting normal so he's good.

DeleteOk so I have no idea what to write for this blog so I’m just gonna talk about things on my bucket list. Something I really wanna do is go skydiving, I haven’t decided where yet but it seems fun to do so that’s definitely on the list. I’ve also really wanted to go travel to New Zealand because I heard that the views there are amazing. For some reason my mind has gone blank and I can’t think of anything else so I’m just gonna add stuff now as I write this. I guess I’d also want to go to my favourite band’s concert and meet the members gets some cool pics maybe too. I’m kind of young so it’s hard to get a job and make money so I guess I hope I win some big cash in a lottery. I’d use the money to buy these shoes I’ve wanted for awhile and honestly just do a huge shopping spree because like, why not? Anyways that’s all I can think of for now so if you have any other suggestions to add to my bucket list, just respond to this blog!

DeleteI will be writing about the Lord of the Rings movies and specifically how ghosh dang useless Frodo is. So the first thing is that part where they are with Aragorn on that ruin thing and then they start cooking the stuff. Then Frodo wakes up and he’s like putting the fire out, cause it will attract the ringwraiths. Which is pretty smart, but then the ringwraiths come and are like stab stab and they stab Frodo. I get that they are just Hobbits but the others kinda tried to fight back and Frodo just stumbled and put the ring on. Another part of the movies where Frodo is being useless is when they are fighting all those orcs with Legolas, Gimli, Aragorn, Boromir and the Hobbits in that forest near the elves. They are all fighting and they are all trying to protect Frodo, and I get he is important and they need him alive but he could help a little. I mean the king used to fight in battles and he was important.
ReplyDeleteSunday is my birthday, and I'm not even that excited aside from the fact I'm getting St Hubert for dinner. If you like chicken, and if you like a bit of spice I recommend the Piri Piri chicken. IT IS SO GOOD. It has the exact amount of flavour that I need for happiness. The only flaw is that IT DOESN'T COME WITH ENOUGH FREAKING SAUCE. I want to eat the entire thing with that sauce but all they give you is a crappy little container. Other than that this meal is GODLY. The best birthday dish ever other than cake of course.
ReplyDeleteHello guys, and today I will be talking to you guys about design. Now design is a very interesting subject, however somehow sometimes it can get frustrating. I heard from a great teacher that if you get homework all the time, you're doing something wrong. And we get homework in design ALL the time, I would complain less too if we actually got to do work in class but it feels like we do absolutely NO work in class, and it just feels wrong. Now don't get me wrong I love design as an idea and subject, but I just feel that sometimes it's execution is VERY flawed.
ReplyDeleteIn this blog I will be talking about why I think flat earthers aren't real. First of all most of the people that believe this also believe that the moon landing was fake for some reason why would they fake that? Also with all the scientific evidence that the earth is round they still believe this, if it was in the 1950's then it's kind of understandable because they only went in space in 1961 but still now makes no sense. I starting to realsie that these is probably just a ruse from TLC because I'm their target demographic (dumb children).
ReplyDeleteAlright so I'm going to talk about something very weird okay. It just came to my mind. So I went camping with some other people in a family camp. We camped in a remote location, in the middle of nowhere. So we set up our tent and did all the normal things you do at camp. Thee next morning, I had to use the washroom. There was an outhouse nearby but is was really old. I went in and closed the door and locked. After doing by business, I tried to open the door but it wouldn't budge. I opened the lock but the door was stuck. I cried for help but no one could hear me. I was stuck in an outhouse. So to get myself out, I kicked the door until it opened. It was a really strange experience.

DeleteI actually have no clue what to blog about so I am just gonna tell u about these upcoming weeks. Just think about how it is getting warmer and is spring and we have A LOT of days off in the near future and the best part is that my birthday is next Friday and it's a ped day so I will not have to go to the horrors of beginning at school. The only thing I am not happy about is that for a little while it's gonna be off and on (good and really bad) weather.
ReplyDeleteI will be writing about how excited i am for summer to come.The weather lately has been putting me in a good mood and reminding me that the breaks coming up.I love summer because i love being outside playing sports or just hanging out with my friends.Its the best feeling after a long day of being outside having the sun on you to go inside and have a shower and eat and go spend more time outside.I love the summer time so much and not to mention with covid it will give me much more freedom to see people at least outside because of the nice weather.

DeleteFor this blog I will be writing about what I do after school. My mom comes to pick up my two friends and I and she drives them home. I usually fall asleep in the car and then once I’m home I put on pyjamas and go back to sleep. Sometimes Bao will wake me up and call me and rant about how she’s waiting for her parents to come get her. I wake up at around 5:30 pm and talk to my mom while she makes dinner or I go play and bike around our neighbourhood with my brother. Then we go in to eat dinner at around 6:30. After I eat I go in the basement and start my homework, I usually put on whatever hockey game that’s playing on the TV. At 10 I go in the shower, brush my teeth and then go upstairs to bed. I listen to music or watch a movie for about an hour and just sit in bed bored. I finally go to bed at around midnight and hope that something will happen so that there won’t be school the next day.

He is currently 4 months, he is a cocker spaniel and his name is Dasher ;) We had to drive to Ontario because that is where he was born and was living. Him and Rocky (my other dog) get along great, they play with each other and run outside together, they are a good match, Rocky is the soft one if the duo and Dasher is the baddie ;)
ReplyDeleteToday I will be talking about potatoes part 2. Last free blog i spoke about potatoes part 1. Today I'm writing about the origin of potatoes and the different types. So potatoes were first cultivated in Peru. They were later introduced in to in Ireland. When I read this I was very shocked I thought they came from prince Edward island. You know how people always say the potatoes are better there, why are they so much better. Did you know there are four thousand different types of potatoes. I wonder if they taste same. I only know 4; regular white ones, sweet potatoes, Yukon gold potatoes and the once that are purple. Somehow yellow potatoes taste better I have no idea why but they just do.
ReplyDeleteFor my free blog I’m going to be talking about my love for pizza. Many of these ingredients are present in pizza. The sauce is sweet, the cheese is delicious, and the meat toppings and all the other toppings are usually amazing. There are many types of pizza and I pretty much like all of them. I love pineapple pizza even though it’s underrated, I think it’s fantastic. Pizza is the only dish which can be eaten at any time of the day. Whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can have pizza to easily eliminate any kind of hunger.

ReplyDeleteFor my free blog, I decided to talk about my bird. His name is Bochi and he just turned seven, today actually. He's a yellow peach-faced lovebird. We got him about seven years ago while my mom was on a business trip. She hates animals, but she wasn't home so we just went for it. For his birthday, we gave him some popcorn because it's his favourite food. He even came to eat supper with us.
ReplyDeleteMy blog today will be about why I don't like our teacher named Mr. BEEP. When I first arrived at this school, Mr. BEEP seemed fine, he wasn't amazing but he wasn't terrible. Then I got my first project from him and we had to write a bibliography which is for any normal project pretty short, but this time we had to almost 1000 words. He would also give us vocabulary quizzes but instead of just writing the meaning of the words we had to write the "IB meaning" which is completely different from the meaning. We also have to sell stuff so I asked him if my idea was ok and he said it was fine so I started selling but then the next weak he said that my idea was bad and I could do it after I had bought all the stuff and started selling. Right now we also have 2 projects to do at the same time. Those are some of the reasons I do not like Mr. BEEP and I strongly discourage appreciating or showing appreciation to Mr. BEEP.
